We use information gleaned from a variety of forms to enable us to evaluate the effectiveness of our work which, in turn, is used to report back to our existing funders and to attract new ones.
Students
Each student is asked to complete the following questionnaires:
- Personnel Monitoring
- Start of Course Self Assessment
- End of Course Self Assessment (the same as the Start of Course form)
- End of Course Feedback Questionnaire
Group Organisers
Each group organiser is asked to complete a detailed:
- Risk Assessment - to be returned to Wheels before the start of the course giving relevant details about each student.
- End of Course Questionnaire - giving their top 5 priorities at the start of the course and whether these were achieved plus a comprehensive section about each of their students.

We recommend that key workers who accompany their groups to the courses record their students' efforts photographically and/or cinematically. This is particularly relevant where groups have successfully been awarded sponsorship through the Youth Opportunity Fund where formal reporting of students' progress, performance and personal evaluation is crucial and obligatory.
